You can read about my journey in the "about" section. I've finally quenched my thirst for alcohol and have freed up space to explore the flavors of sobriety. I can help you do the same. My 30-day program will help you examine your relationship with alcohol. After the 30 days, YOU get to choose your next step.

During the first 30 days, I do not ask you to go cold-turkey and eliminate alcohol from your daily life. I do ask that you keep an open mind, try to learn all you can, and commit to doing the work. If at the end of thirty days, you decide to take a break from alcohol, moderate, or eliminate alcohol from your life, I have tools to help you master all three choices.

I also offer one-on-one coaching. This personalized coaching is done by remote so that you can stay in the privacy of your own home.
It includes:

Weekly Phone/Video Calls/Live Messaging: We will schedule at least one call per week, to see where you're at in the process and discuss what your next steps will be.

Electronic Notes and Worksheets: You will receive access to personalized worksheets, which we will use together to help you build your plan.

Personalized Reading/Podcast/Video List: Each of us is unique. Everyone thirsts for different things in our lives. We all have different ways of learning. I will provide you with a personalized list of material, and we can discuss these during the weekly calls. (This is an optional step and one that you can take at your own pace).

Email Support: If you have questions along the way, or need some extra support, you will have access to my email. We can work things out together.
